Attention! A crisis intervention will result in an invoice fee of 150,- euro excl Vat for the first hour related to this intervention. The next hour will be accounted under normal conditions stipulated in the maintenance contract. Paying 150 Euro ex Vat for a crisis intervention is only guaranteeing for a technician from Terminalsession to take the case within the hour after the request has been posted, not for resolving the problem in that specific timeframe.
